After 25 years as a professional chef, I’ve come to value what it means to show up for people during life’s most important — and sometimes most stressful — moments. While my early career centered on hospitality and serving others in the kitchen, my longstanding interest in legal process, equal rights, and community care led me to become a notary public.

This work allows me to offer something I believe everyone deserves: equal access to legally significant services.  Whether it's officiating a last-minute marriage, notarizing essential documents for a visa, navigating a name change, or helping someone navigate end-of-life paperwork, I bring the same sense of dignity, precision, and respect to each interaction.

That's why I focus on accessibility — through flexible scheduling, mobile services, and clear, respectful communication. My goal is to make these important legal steps feel less intimidating and more humane.
